A: ABSOLUTELY NOT! Cluster extensions are sometimes called lash extensions at popular nail salons but that are not the same. Cluster lashes are applied under the lash line either on the skin or on a chunk of natural lashes . They are heavy, unnatural, and promote lash loss. The Lash Lab LA offers a lash rehab RX service for clients transitioning out of cluster lashes that want a more natural lash look as well as help with lash growth. Q: How long will my lash extensions last?
A: Lash extension longevity depends on the natural lash cycle of the individual. On average lash extension last between 2-6 weeks. To keep the lash extensions looking their very best The Lash Lab LA suggest getting infills every 2-3 weeks.
Q: What is an infill?
A: An infill is what The Lash Lab LA calls a fill in of the lashes. Once the client has had a full set of lash every 2-3 weeks they can have a infill service to keep the lash extensions looking brand new.
Q: Will the lash extension process hurt?
A: No, the lash extensions process is quite relaxing. Clients are placed in a very comfortable bed in The Lash Lab LA private suite where they can select music of their choice. Once the process begins clients will have under eye protection applied under the eyes and the clients eyes will remain closed for the duration of the lash extension process.

A: The Lash Lab LA artists are dedicated to perfection when it comes to your lashes. For the full sets typically it takes 90-120 mins; for half sets 60mins; for express lashes 30mins and for infills 60mins.

A: With lash extensions the days of mascara are probably long gone but if you want a little oomph to your lashes with mascara or eye makeup we suggest a water soluble makeup that is NOT waterproof. The Lash Lab LA carries a full retail line of products to keep your lash extensions beautiful including makeup removers, mascara, lash growth serum and more!
